You can generally find me with a book in hand or my fingers on a keyboard. Mostly reading YA fiction and Urban Fiction, but that is subject to change quite frequently.
I'm also a crafter and full time student, with a part time job as a sales associate at our local book store. So not only am I reading books, I'm selling them to others.
I started reading YA fiction because none of the other sales associates at the store read from that section. If you don't read from all sections how can you sell it to others? I've been a huge fan of paranormal fiction, urban fantasy and historical romance. Some of my favorite authors are Laurell K. Hamilton, Charlaine Harris, Heather Graham, Shannon Drake, Kathy Reichs, Anya Bast, Kelley Armstrong, Jim Butcher, Georgina Gentry, Madeline Baker, Amanda Ashley, Linda Lael Miller... just to name a short few.
You can find me on Facebook, Twitter, Goodreads, netgalley, and Amazon. Keep watching as my list of favorites grows and my list of read books gets longer and longer. Happy reading and God Bless.
Directly from Elm Creek Quilters: Master quilter Sylvia Compson shares the secrets of her creative gifts with her young assistant, Sarah McClure. During their lessons, the intricate, varied threads of Sylvia's life begin to emerge. It is the story of a young wife living through the hardships and agonies of the World War II home front; of a family torn apart by jealously and betrayal; of misunderstanding, loss, and a tragedy that can never be undone.
My Review: I just spent the better part of the morning finishing up an outstanding book. Yes I know its not a new release but I plan to catch up on her all of her books. I just finished "The Quilter's Apprentice" by Jennifer Chiaverini. If you love quilts, love quilting, and family history stories then this book is one to read. Now, I can't wait to get the next book in the series. This book deserves 4❤❤❤❤''s.
